This team’s curriculum is designed to provide students with a comprehensive foundation in culinary arts, guided by the chapters of our exclusive Culinary team's textbook - The Cooking with Nuncy Guide to Culinary Excellence. Each module will cover essential skills—from basic knife techniques and food safety to advanced culinary methods and presentation. By the end of this course, students will have developed a strong understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of cooking, preparing them for competitive environments and real-world culinary experiences. Expect to master key techniques, learn the art of presentation, and build the confidence to excel in both individual and team-based culinary challenges.
